The facility, donated for the use of Michael's Place by sisters, Judy and Kathy Howard, sets on 5 acres just west of Beaverton Oregon at 20299 SW Scholls Ferry Road. The centerpiece of the property is the Arena Barn with over 16,000 sq. ft. and it's large indoor arena.  It easily handles any level of activity.  The open walls create a bright inviting place to lead and train the horses.

The stall area has twenty-six Miniature Stalls and four large horse stalls.  This area also contains two grooming stalls, a warm water wash stall, tack room, full bath, and heated office/trophy room.  The barn aisle is paved to ensure safe yet smooth footing at any time of year.

An additional pony barn has twenty Pony or Miniature stalls and a grooming stall and tack room.

There is an outside track around the property used to exercise the horses and there is plenty of room to grow.  Plans are made to build an outdoor arena and thirty large outside paddocks with shelters.
